the Dragon and the Griffin.

A new War has broken out,
Purple haze slowly drying the mighty red flames,
A Griffin has entered the Dragon's lair,
wanting to take the throne.

There were roars and grunts from the dragon's snout,
Bursting flames in its throat.
The Griffin spreads her wings to intimidate,
Spreading it wide to boast.

The two creatures soared to fight,
in a whirlwind of fury and light.
The battle seemed to take forever,
taking countless days and sleepless nights.

What seemed never ending would suddenly end,
with the Dragon out of breath,
and the Griffin crippled at end.
What seemed to be the battle of ages
no one won.
Only spent energy,
Spent on none.

Both grew tired of the scourge,
retreated and stopped the onslaught.
from then on, an alliance was forged,
of the Griffin and the Dragon reborn.

Sleep.

sleep is what i desire
one without any dreams
free from pain and fire,
void of any thoughts or feelings.

slumber is what i await,
so peaceful that i may rest
so deep that i wish i do not wake,
free from problems that pest.

sleep is what i need,
to rest my weary mind
and regain my tired body.
Sleep is what i want,
to escape these feelings of sorrow,
with hope and pray'r
that they will disappear tomorrow.

Lord, grant me sleep
As I close my eyes and pray
that you may your angels keep
me and my loved ones safe today.

Apple.

There was a legendary apple tree at the center of town,
given by the gods to grant wishes to the villagers.
There were thousands of apples,
but no apple would fall out.

The tree only gives a single apple to each
under any circumstance, none must eat another.
anyone who attempts will meet an ill fate,
so horrid their own lives they may take.

A man came and looked up to see
so many apples on the tree,

All were red, shiny and round.
"I wonder which one's for me?" he said.

One fell and rolled to his feet,
he picked it up and started to eat.
But there were other apples that started to fall,
each one looking more tempting as the other.

By gluttony, the man threw the apple on hand,
and picked up the ripest looking apple on the land.
He took a bite and saw,
vile worms and maggots, spoiled and gross.

He died three days later,
due to the curse of the Apple Tree,
It was a warning to man
Better is not satisfaction guaranteed.

The Harlot.

A single temptation
may lead to the most disastrous fall.
Beware of a harlot's giggle,
and her seductive calls.

She'll lure you with her stare
and pull you in with words,
Paralyze you with her touch,
and take men in turns.

She'll take everything you have,
oh, She'll suck you dry.
Once she's drained the life out of you,
She'll throw and leave you out to die.

On the Prowl for the next victim,
Looking for the fragile prey.
Hovering over like a vulture,
calling you to come out and play.

So Keep in mind,
Whenever you hear her voice cold as ice
Run, Run as fast as you can,
for a Harlot's charm can be your demise.

A Letter to Angelica Quiling.

How Can I explain what i feel right now. It's been only around 4 hours since we last saw each other, but still i'm right here missing you. It's always been like this. I'd long for you even though it's only been a minute. I'd want to see your face over and over again, and I'd always be in awe of how beautiful you are. I'd always want to wrap you in my arms, and i don't even give a damn who sees. I'd steal combo kisses every now and then. I always say, "if i was given a peso for my every kiss to you, i'd earn a billion every day". I never stop thinking about you. No girl makes me feel the way you make me feel. No other woman has made me feel so lucky and so happy. I'd given up my foolish ways for you. You are worth it. You are unexplainable. Your smile and your eyes always captivate me. You always make me laugh even though your jokes are terrible. And I'd always want to make you laugh as well, because that's the sweetest sound i hear. I've got tears in my eyes as I write this, because I feel so blessed to have you in my life. I love you with all my heart, mind, soul and body. You've always been there to support me when nobody cares. You've been there in every Up and every Down I've been though. You've always been my bestfriend, my lover, my sister, my partner-in-crime, my bonnie, my baby, my comforter, my sanctuary, my reliever, my everything. Angelica M. Quiling, I love you. and I cannot find the words to totally express my love for you. If there were better words than those, I'd tell it to you everyday. I long for the moment to wake up beside you and kiss you on the cheek to wake you up. I await the night that I'd sleep beside you in my arms. That would bring me the best sleep, and the best feeling in the world. I enjoy all the times we're together, eating, walking, talking, just being fooling and other stuff. Just being beside you and talking to you makes my day complete. I know we fight a lot, but maybe because we're so passionate about our relationship. But even though the times we fought, breaking up was always the last option. I'd strive harder to be stronger and better for us. I'd be a better boyfriend. I'd be a better man. I'll change the things you don't like, and I'd trust you more. I'd be more patient, I'd be more understanding. I'd be a better person for you and for me. Thank you Angelica, Thank you so much. Reliving Belgium.

War broke out between two cities
with much passion and intensity.
Swords were drawn and Red flags were raised,
Soldiers charged with raging hearts
and an angry face.

The pounding of flesh and weapons can be heard miles away,
moans of pain echoed and lasted for days.
There was blood all over, pulling of hair and scattered remains,
The battle-weary streets were glowing red from the stains.

Four eras passed,
only Two soldiers stood.
One was Evil, the other was Good.
They battled to Their heart's content,
matching those of in legends and myths.

But with every battle,
a victor must be made
a defining slash to the heart,
the evil soldier has been slain.
With a mighty roar he celebrates
Althroughout the City, His shout reverberates.

Belgium has won,
No prisoners taken
No loot for gold.
A decade has gone,
Reliving Belgium
Has pastime become.
